Yesterday I was laying face down on a mat on the gym floor, I asked my trainer to pop my back, he applied pressure down my spine when he was on my upper back I heard a loud pop, followed by pain, it was hurting and tender most of the night. It felt better after a few weeks, but since then, my chest makes a loud popping noise every couple of days when I am stretching my back.
